The Lord

Standard

The Lord had came and took my grandmother home to heaven Friday night. This was the last sunrise that I took Friday morning when I seen my grandmother alive, she wasn’t in good condition, but I knew she was headed to a better place where she didn’t have anymore pain and suffering on this earth! R.I.P Grandma

This Morning’s Sunrise

Standard

As I was leaving home 8 miles out of Lebanon, Missouri I captured the beginning of the sunrise through the tree across the Highway from my driveway.

As I continued to drive to my Grandmother’s house about 2 miles down the road I pulled over to capture another view of the sunrise.

While traveling to Conway, Missouri  where my grandmother lives and as I was passing through Phillipsburg, Missouri I stopped again to capture the sun shining through the clouds.

When I got to Conway, Missouri as I was driving down the gravel roads I captured this last photo of the sunrise before arriving at my Grandmother’s house!

Long story short, my grandmother was diagnosed with (I’ll edit this part when I have the correct spelling of which cancer she has later) cancer 17 months ago and was given only 8 to 12 month to live. Anyways, I’ve been helping my mother Mary and aunt Altha since November 4th of this year. My grandmother has really went down hill this month, she has her good and bad days and we try our best to keep her as comfortable as possible with the cancer spreading rapidly through out her body.

After helping with my grandmother, I took my mother Mary to get her hair done and she treated me to Brunch at The Rocking Chair.

As we returned back to my Grandmother’s property that has 4 homes on it, I always say as I’m leaving to head home to my grandmother “I’ll see you tomorrow okay”! I hate leaving her, but I have my own family I have to take care of as well. Here are my gorgeous daisies I came home to.

The Super Moon

Standard

I waited a bit long to capture the super moon last night, but I did capture how bright it was with purple haze glow around it. Of course I edited it so everyone can see the surrounding area of purple haze glow. (Note: that there was cloud cover, but just enough that I got to capture the moments before it was fully cover by the clouds.)

iZombie Season One

Standard

Rose McIver as Olivia “Liv” Moore:

A former medical resident who became a zombie when she attended a boat party that was attacked by people who had just taken a new designer drug called “Utopium”. She now works as a coroner’s assistant for the King County Medical Examiner’s Office to have access to the human brains she must frequently consume to maintain her humanity and suppress her hunger. Without feeding, she becomes increasingly less intelligent. She experiences flashes of memories from the brains she eats, and temporarily takes on random quirks from her subjects—ranging from a fear of pigeons to a sudden appreciation for art to martial arts skills—and has demonstrated the ability to take a bullet to the chest with little damage. She graduated from the University of Washington. When Liv enters so-called “Full-on Zombie Mode” her eyes turn red and her strength is vastly increased. The change is triggered by intense stress (or hunger), and the zombie has very little control over the trigger.
